Cecilia Carolina Perez de Tagle Yudin is an Educator and Community Facilitator, with experience in the Arts, Non-Profit Administration, Higher Education, and Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion. Cecilia is currently the Director of the Center for Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion at the Boston University Questrom School of Business, as well as a Lecturer in their Department of Management & Organizations.

Born in London, England, Cecilia spent her childhood in the Caribbean, before coming to Massachusetts to study the French horn. She is a “Triple Terrier”, and holds a Social Impact MBA with High Honors in Leadership & Organizational Transformation, a Master of Science in Arts Administration, and a Bachelor of Music in Brass Performance. Cecilia is a trained mediator with certificates in Transformational DEI and Intercultural Competence, is a current member of the Next Generation Executive Program, and is an alum of the Social Justice Training Institute.
