Carrie Donovan
Assist. Director, Undergraduate Career Development
Carrie Donovan joined the Feld Center for Career & Alumni Engagement in August 2024 as an Assistant Director of Undergraduate Career Advising. Carrie started her career as a career advisor at Emmanuel College and then pursued a path in corporate. Prior to her current role, she has had six years of experience in recruiting as a campus recruiter, technical sourcer, and full-cycle recruiter in accounting, consulting, big tech, and medical device industries working at companies like KPMG, Meta, and Boston Scientific.
In her current role, Carrie supports students through one-on-one advising appointments in all aspects of professional development including resume and cover letter reviews, mock interviews, navigating career exploration, discussing job search strategies, and reviewing offers. She also teaches several ES courses each semester to further engage with students on career development topics. Carrie wants all students working with her to feel it is a safe space to ask questions and has a customized approach to her appointments. She also enjoys leveraging her recruiting experience when working with students to provide additional context and insights. Another component of Carrie’s portfolio is supporting seniors and recent alumni.
