Ariadna Bogolepova
Master in Management
Yaroslavl, Russia
“It’s one of the most practical and hands-on courses I’ve taken… I love the combination of creativity and data-driven work in this course. It’s been the perfect mix of both for me.”
When Ariadna Bogolepova first visited the Master in Management website, she was immediately drawn to the many opportunities the fast-track degree program offers to work with real companies. This distinct aspect played a key role in her decision to apply.
“It was very important for me to gain not only theoretical knowledge, but also hands-on experience,” Ariadna says. “The BU MiM perfectly combines these two, making it an ideal fit for me.”
Ariadna has a bachelor’s degree in economics from the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. While still a student, she spent two years as a project manager at Alesium LTD, IT consulting, which sparked her interest in a career in product management.
Her favorite part of the MiM experience so far is Tech Lab, where students learn the basics of applications they are most likely to encounter in the workplace, from data and analysis tools to data visualization programs, from digital marketing automation platforms to content creation and prototyping applications.
“It’s one of the most practical and hands-on courses I’ve taken,” she says. “I’ve learned so much. I love the combination of creativity and data-driven work in this course. It’s been the perfect mix of both for me.”
Ariadna sees herself becoming an entrepreneur someday. At Questrom, she’s working toward turning that vision into reality.
“When applying to this program, I knew I wanted to combine my passion for creativity with learning how business works from the inside. Questrom offers a wealth of resources to help students explore their interests. I am especially grateful to the professors, who are always willing to give advice and support any initiative. They give me both motivation and confidence.”
During her time at Questrom, Ariadna discovered a quote by Nelson Mandela that has become her personal motivator: “It always seems impossible until it’s done.”
“I find these words incredibly powerful, reminding me every day to keep pushing forward and never give up on achieving my goals.”
