Professor of the Practice in Marketing at Questrom and Executive Director of the Questrom Digital Business Institute since 2019.

Professor Howard leads the Digital Business Institute, which serves as an incubator, accelerator and orchestrator for research initiatives across Questrom, in partnership with the business community. The Institute seeks fresh ways to create experiential learning opportunities in entrepreneurial environments, expanding our students’ experience to ensure they gain valuable skills, insights, and connections from our vibrant community.

Prior Experience:
• Managing Director with Accenture Interactive, the digital experience agency within the global consulting firm Accenture
• Chief Marketing Officer for a $3 billion online travel business
• Head of Online Business Units for Staples (major office products company). Led the $2 billion North American business unit and also the $1 billion multichannel European business unit, based in Paris and Amsterdam.
• VP of Marketing for Ross-Simons, a n omnichannel jewelry and giftware retailer.
• Marketing roles with Digital Equipment Corporation and the Bradford Exchange.
