Course Details
Offered both in-person and virtually, this course is for in-house counsel looking for key business skills necessary to recognize and resolve the unique challenges your organization encounters in today’s global economy.
You’ll enhance your understanding of financial statements, increase business value using financial tools, impact strategic decisions and marketing goals, manage work relationships effectively, and develop methods to minimize decision-making risks.
In Person Agenda: The in-person program is held from 8am-5pm on Wednesday and Thursday, and 8am -12pm on Friday to allow for travel on Friday afternoon.
Virtual Agenda: Virtual sessions meet in 5 three-hour sessions on Zoom.
