Evan Rizvi and Maria Rafaelia Guerrero Romero: Poets & Quants Best & Brightest MBAs of 2025

Evan Rizvi and Maria Rafaelia Guerrero Romero were named Poets and Quants Best & Business MBAs of 2025. These two soon-to-be graduates have transcended the typical MBA student experience through outstanding impacts in community work, dedication to leadership positions in student organiztions, and a relentless passion for creating value for the world.
Evan Rizvi, a self-employed opera singer for eight years between his bachelor’s degree and MBA, will return to the New England Conservatory of Music as Associate Director of Strategic Initiatives. During his time at Questrom, Evan served as Co-President of the Social Impact and Nonprofit Club and was the winner of QuestromTalk—Questrom’s version of TEDx.
Maria Rafaelia Guerrero Romero played a key role in Link Day, the Health Care Management Club, and the Latin American Students Club. She also volunteered at the Biogen Co-Lab, leading science experiments and career exploration sessions for youth from vulnerable communities in Boston.
