Anita Carson Receives Prestigious POMS CSO Lifetime Achievement Award

Dr. Anita Carson, Senior Associate Dean of Faculty & Research and Larz Anderson Professor in Operations & Technology Management, has been honored with the Lifetime Achievement Award by the Production & Operations Management Society (POMS) College of Service Operations (CSO). The award recognizes her outstanding contributions to the field of Service Operations.

POMS is an international organization dedicated to advancing the understanding and practice of production and operations management (POM). Its mission includes fostering knowledge-sharing among managers, scientists, and educators, and promoting excellence in POM education and research worldwide.
