Purushottam Chavan, MSMS’23, is in line to take over his family business, but first, he’s gaining the management knowledge and skills he’ll need to be a successful leader.

Purushottam grew up in Maharashtra in India, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial and production engineering. He turned to Questrom’s one-year MSMS program to build his business acumen.

“I wanted to explore the latest theories, methods, and techniques being used to run successful businesses in today’s rapidly evolving marketplace,” he says. “With the pace of change and technological advancements, it’s important to stay up-to-date and knowledgeable about the latest trends and practices in business management.”
