Christy Bandoh

Christy Bandoh is a Commercial Leadership Development Program Associate (PDT PI Sales) at Takeda, bringing over nine years of experience in project management, digital marketing, and cross-functional team leadership. With expertise in omni-channel marketing, content creation, and website development, Christy has a proven track record of delivering successful, high-impactful marketing campaigns that drive results and foster strong client relationships.

Before joining Takeda, Christy held a dynamic leadership role at the British Council in Ghana, where she managed global events and marketing communication efforts. She successfully led a variety of projects, including the execution of higher education partnership programs between the UK and Sub-Saharan Africa. Christy coordinated large-scale events such as seminars, workshops, alumni networking events, and large-scale education exhibitions. She also worked on high-profile initiatives like a European Union-funded project marketing services for UK universities and a higher education partnership project called the Innovation for African Universities program.

Christy holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and a Master of Science in Market, Social, and Organizational Research from Central University in Ghana. She also holds an MBA from Boston University.
