Next Pardee Seminar (Feb. 10): The Future of NAFTA

The Frederick S. Pardee Center for the Study of the Longer-Range Future will hold a lunch seminar on ‘The Future of NAFTA ‘ on Wednesday, February 10, 2010, featuring Prof. Eduardo Zepeda, Dr. Timothy A. Wise and Prof. Kevin P. Gallagher. The Seminar will be moderated by Prof. Adil Najam, Director, Pardee Center.
The seminar will launch the Pardee Center Task Force Report on the Future of North American Trade Policy published in December 2009 (more here).
Speakers at the seminar include:
Dr. Eduardo Zepeda is Senior Ecoomist at the Carnegie Endowment for International Peace.
Dr. Timothy A. Wise is Director of the Research and Policy Program at the Global Development and Environment Institute, Tufts University, and leads its Globalization and Sustainable Development Program.
Prof. Kevin P. Gallagher is Associate Professor of International Relations at Boston University and Pardee Faculty Fellow.
The Seminar will be held at Pardee House (67 Bay State Road, Boston) on Tuesday, February 10, 2010.
The Pardee Seminar Series focuses on a variety of issues and invites experts from different disciplines to discuss the long-range challenges and trends in that particular issue.
Lunch will be available from 11.30am, and the seminar itself will start at 12.00pm. Please RSVP to pardee@bu.edu by Friday, February 5, 2010. Seating is limited to 30 participants.
