2025 Graduate Summer Fellows Arrive at the Pardee Center

Last week, the Frederick S. Pardee Center for the Study of the Longer-Range Future welcomed the 18th annual class of Graduate Summer Fellows to the Center. This year’s session includes eight BU graduate students representing seven different academic schools/departments.

During the first week of the program, the Fellows participated in an orientation session with Pardee Center Interim Director Amb. Jorge Heine (Research Professor, Pardee School of Global Studies) and a communication and writing workshop with Pamela Templer (Professor and Chair, Department of Biology).

During the remaining nine weeks of the program, the Fellows will complete research paper drafts on a wide range of future-oriented topics while participating in more activities and events designed to advance interdisciplinary learning. Learn more about this year’s Fellows and their research.
