2015 Graduate Summer Fellows Session Winding Down

Less than three weeks remain in the 2015 Pardee Graduate Summer Fellows session. Over the past month and a half, the Fellows have been researching and writing their papers while participating in discussions on a wide range of topics at lunches with several faculty members, including Prof. Anthony Janetos (Director of the Frederick S. Pardee Center for the Study of the Longer-Range Future), Prof. Les Kaufman (Biology Department), Prof. Bruce Anderson (Earth & Environment Department), Prof. Susan Foster (School of Public Health), and Prof. Henrik Selin (Frederick S. Pardee School of Global Studies).

On July 1 and 2, the Fellows presented their research to Pardee Center faculty, staff, and researchers to solicit feedback at the midpoint of the program. A handful of activities remain — including lunch with White House Office of Science and Technology Policy (OSTP) Assistant Director Kei Koizumi next week — until the Fellows submit their papers at the conclusion of the program on August 7.
