Pardee Center Director Speaks at Graduate Student Conference

Pardee Center Director Anthony Janetos gave the keynote talk on “Climate Policy Successes and Failures” at the opening session of the 2015 Graduate Student Research Conference at the Pardee School of Global Studies on Friday, February 27th.  The presentation outlined successes and significant challenges for policy decisions on climate change in both international and domestic contexts, and explored the implications for the direction of underlying scientific research efforts on climate change.

The fourth annual conference, sponsored by the Graduate International Relations Council (GIRC), presented cutting-edge research in support of advancing human progress.  Themed Global Development, Peace and Security: Advancing Human Progress, the conference featured speakers focused on gender, climate, development, security and politics, and The Middle East. Learn more about the event here.
