User Experience (UX) at BU Libraries

BU Libraries’ Library Technology & Discovery Services team leads user experience (UX) activities for the libraries’ websites and discovery systems.

Staring in 2024, we are embarking on a full website redesign project with the Marketing & Communications team at BU. In support of this and continuous improvement of our services, we are conducting regular UX research activities focused on library help services, discovery and access to resources.
