Jessica Silbey and Stacey Dogan will speak at the Boston Intellectual Property Law Association 3rd Annual Symposium hosted by Morgan Lewis & Bockius LLP. They will speak on trademark and expressive uses concerning the case before the Supreme Court called VIP Brands v. Jack Daniels. Professor Silbey will also speak on the copyright panel about AI-generated works that use copyrighted works as training data and the implications for copyright law.
The conference will run from May 3rd at 8:15am through May 4th at 1 pm.
