Ellen Rinaldi (LLM’82) named to board of directors of Pennsylvania National Mutual Casualty Insurance Company
Penn National Insurance announced today the election of Ellen Rinaldi (LLM in Taxation’82) as a member of the board of directors of Pennsylvania National Mutual Casualty Insurance Company (dba Penn National Insurance).
Rinaldi retired in 2018 as chief security officer and chief information security officer at The Vanguard Group, Valley Forge, Pa.
