Holly is a first year MA student focusing on queer art. She received a B.A. in Music and Art History in 2025 from the University of Virginia, where she was a Jefferson Scholar. She currently works as a graduate assistant for BU art galleries.

Holly’s undergraduate thesis on Isaac Julien’s “Once Again…(Statues Never Die)” earned the Lindner Center prize for best undergraduate thesis from the UVA department of Art History. This thesis was presented at the Richard Macksey national undergraduate humanities research symposium at Johns Hopkins University.

In addition to her scholarship, Holly is a singer-songwriter. Her music is available on major streaming platforms, and she is a frequent performer at local restaurants and music venues.
