Announcing the launch of Mapping Paintings
Professor Jodi Cranston announces the launch of her Kress-funded mapping platform, Mapping Paintings (www.mappingpaintings.org). 
The platform is meant for exploring the provenance records of paintings and for visualizing the lives of these works of art across time and space. Mapping Paintings is based on her Mapping Titian platform, but is structured to receive information from users. Projects can be kept private or shared with the user community.
