Rachael Nelson is a recent MA graduate in the History of Art and Architecture program. She completed her B.A. in Classical Archaeology and Fine Arts at Saint Anselm College. Nelson has participated in fieldwork on several ongoing archaeological excavations in and around Orvieto, Italy, exploring the Roman and Etruscan past of the area. Her research interests focus on Etruscan cultural hybridization and Classical influence in the Italian Renaissance. Her undergraduate experiences have encouraged an interdisciplinary approach to her research.
