Meeting Spaces

Geddes has various sized meeting rooms for instructors who wish to meet with colleagues, students, or just need a quiet place to take a call. If you wish to see the availability of spaces, click here.

CAS533C

CAS533C accommodates five people comfortably, and up to eight people maximum.  The space has a folding table and chairs on wheels, a monitor, a dedicated Mac Mini, and hookups for both VGA and HDMI laptops.  A glass board is permanently installed on the wall, and a rolling white board is available in the room closet.  A Blu-Ray player and telephone are also available.  While not permanently installed, a Zoom camera and microphone on a tripod can be reserved separately and wheeled into the room.

CAS533B

The video studio, CAS533B, while used for recordings, also doubles as a meeting space.  The maximum capacity is 35. The space has 25 chairs, a movable small round table, a projector, Mac Mini, Blu-Ray DVD player, and hookups for both VGA and HDMI laptops.  AirMedia is also available for wireless presenting.  A glass board is affixed to the front wall.  The room is Zoom capable with two cameras attached to a monitor on the wall, one camera side facing to the audience and another front facing to capture a presenter.

CAS539A

CAS539A allows for up to six people to meet around a permanently affixed oblong table.  A monitor with HDMI input is available.  The room also has whiteboards affixed to the walls.

Other spaces

When not in use, Geddes classrooms and screening rooms may also be used as meeting spaces.
