Paul Torres is a certified fitness professional with over three years of hands-on experience in CrossFit, personal training, and group coaching. With a deep passion for helping others transform their lives through safe, effective, and personalized fitness programs, Paul brings both energy and expertise to every session. Paul is dedicated to helping clients build strength, confidence, and a sense of well-being in a world often shaped by unrealistic fitness ideals. He views physical fitness as a powerful form of self-care that enables individuals of all ages and experience levels to unlock their full potential and lead healthier, more fulfilling lives. With an educational focus, Paul empowers his clients to understand their bodies, movements, and progress, fostering long-term success and confidence. Paul’s coaching journey began at Taura CrossFit and Community Box in Ecuador, where he led dynamic group classes, built strong fitness communities, and crafted individualized training plans. Now based in Waltham and an active member of CrossFit TILT, Paul continues to grow as both an athlete and a coach. Fluent in both English and Spanish, Paul is excited to bring his skills, enthusiasm, and inclusive coaching style to Boston University Fitness & Recreational Center.
