Natalie Correa

Manager of Dance Programs

NATALIE CORREA (she/her) is a dance educator and administrator from New York City whose work celebrates movement, culture, and community. Her career has taken her through some of the nation’s most vibrant arts organizations, including Ballet Hispánico, National Dance Institute, Berklee, and Boston Ballet. She now serves as the Manager of Dance Programs at Boston University’s FitRec Center, where she oversees Specialized Dance Classes, PDP PE Progressive Courses, and the BU Dance Theater.

A lifelong dancer and proud Latin dance instructor, Natalie has shared her love of movement with students across the city—teaching for Boston Ballet School, the Boston Summer Fitness Series, and co-coaching Salsa y Control’s Kids Team. Trained by former Copacabana dancers Melanie Torres & Gabriel Perez and Salsa y Control’s Andres Giraldo & Amy Mendez, she blends technique with cultural authenticity and joyful rigor in every class.

Natalie has always believed in the transformative power of the arts to heal, connect, and enrich lives. Natalie finds her greatest joy in watching her students shine—many have gone on to perform in Boston Ballet’s The Nutcracker, the Boston Salsa Festival, and Lil Phunk (the official Junior Dance Team for the Boston Celtics).
