I have been a personal trainer since 2020, starting at the same local gym where I began my fitness journey. I started lifting weights to get to a healthier weight and improve my baseball performance, but the growing love for strength led to me becoming a competitive powerlifter and focusing on living a healthy lifestyle. In the years I’ve spent as a trainer, I have worked with a diverse group of clients and have taught various group fitness classes, giving me a versatile fitness background. My training philosophy prioritizes using strength and flexibility to improve my client’s everyday lives, while also working towards their personal goals. I believe fitness should ultimately be about feeling better as a whole, and my methods aim to promote long-term change.
