Training Philosophy: Hi, I’m Maddi, a NSCA Certified Personal Trainer and Doctor of Physical Therapy student. My philosophy is that movement is medicine, no matter the type. I believe fitness should be tailored to each person’s goals, experience, and lifestyle. Through my physical therapy education, I emphasize proper movement mechanics, injury prevention, and building strength that supports long-term health. I strive to create a supportive environment to help clients feel confident in the gym and to build sustainable habits, even with a busy schedule. My background as a collegiate basketball player and youth coach shaped my appreciation for consistency and building confidence through movement. My goal is to help clients feel stronger, move better, and carry that confidence into their everyday lives.
