Lillian Ferren

Lillian joined the Facilities team at Boston University as the Assistant Manager of Facilities in March 2025. Prior to this role, she served as a Neuro Wellness Supervisor, where she worked directly with clients to achieve wellness goals, developed wellness programs, and taught and mentored interns in the program. Lillian graduated from Merrimack College with a bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science and has also worked as a Life Enrichment Specialist, providing one-on-one care to survivors of brain injury. She is passionate about program design, brain injury awareness, and preventative interventions. Outside of work, Lillian enjoys strength training year-round and is an avid skier during the winter months. Growing up, she spent many years rowing on the Charles River, fueling her love for both fitness and the Boston community. Lillian is excited to contribute her skills and enthusiasm to the Facilities team while fostering an environment that promotes health and wellness for all.
