Kenneth Ho

Personal Trainer

Education: Boston University Bachelor of Health Studies Class of ’27, Doctor of Physical Therapy ’29.

Certifications: National Strength and Conditioning Association – CPT American Red Cross – CPR AED

Training Philosophy: My Training Philosophy revolves around perseverance and maintaining consistency. By establishing a system built around proper movement mechanics, healthy goals and habits, one’s physical fitness and ability to excel in the gym will follow! As such, I hope to create an environment where my clients feel excited to get their bodies moving and are willing to join me in seeing their time spent in the gym reflected in how they feel on a day-to-day basis. Coming from a background heavily involved in sports when I was younger, I have experienced many injuries that could have been easily prevented through strengthening and conditioning. As such, I hope to also reframe the belief that injury prevention requires complex and intricate movements and instead could simply be a small physical or neurological readjustment in the gym!

Areas of Expertise: Strength and Conditioning, Functional Strength Training, General Fitness, Sport Specific: Swimming, Basketball
