Hi! My name is Daniel, and I am a NASM certified personal trainer and a student here at Boston University studying International Relations. Though weightless training and cardio are my main focuses, I also believe it is important to consider how the right mindset can change your life. When I train individuals, I understand that their physical well being is tied directly to their mental state, goals, and their drive to attain those goals. My objective is to not only help you realize your fitness goals, but also to create a sustainable lifestyle where anything you learn in a session you can keep with you and use for the rest of your life, both in and out of the gym. I mainly work with calisthenics and cardio training, but I also enjoy doing sessions for individuals interested in conditioning to improve their endurance and strength for sports like soccer, ultimate frisbee, wrestling, jiu jitsu, or judo.
