Aurora Maldonado
Personal Trainer
Aurora is a NASM-certified personal trainer and graduate student studying nutrition and dietetics at Boston University. She is passionate about creating a supportive and inclusive fitness environment, and believes that the gym should be a space where everyone—regardless of experience level—can feel comfortable, empowered, and strong.
With experience working with a diverse range of clients, including athletes, seniors, general lifestyle clients, and individuals with limited mobility, Aurora takes a personalized approach to training that meets each person where they are.
Her areas of expertise include: Strength Training, Injury Rehabilitation, Elderly Fitness, Weight Loss & Lifestyle Change.
