Birthday Parties

The FitRec facility, with contagious action and excitement, is the perfect place for birthday parties! We offer pre-structured birthday packages to maximize the fun on your child’s special day and minimize the planning on your end.

Birthday party rates

FitRec member/BU Affiliate – $360
Non-BU – $410

(rates effective until July 1, 2025)

*PLEASE NOTE: We are unable to accommodate any Pool Party requests from 6/1/25 – 9/7/25.

Details

  • All parties include a dedicated Facility Supervisor to assist in navigating the building and answering any building specific questions.
  • 1 hour of selected activity below
    • Recreational Pool
    • Climbing Wall
    • Gymnasium
  • A multi-purpose room that is designated to your group for 3 hours.
  • All party rates start with a an active participant cap. Each is specified below.
  • There is a $115 charge to increase the number of active participants beyond 15. Please see limits below.
  • All participants will required to submit a signed waiver of liability sent via email prior to entering the facility. For anyone under 18, this form must be signed by a parent or court-appointed legal guardian.

Birthday party package options

Gymnasium Party (No age restrictions)

  • Starting at 25 active participants.
    • You can upgrade this for up to 45 active participants. There is an additional $115 fee.
  • Gymnasium parties are limited to the lower 3CG.
    • All requests start with having one court reserved. If requested and available, additional court(s) are available to be reserved for an additional $65 fee per court.
  • There is no dedicated activity staff for gymnasium parties.
    • A variety of activities can be done in the gymnasium. Rather than list them all, we ask that you relay what activity you would want to do in our Facility Request Form
    • Outside equipment is permitted inside the building as long as it is approved by the team member you are corresponding with.

Climbing Wall Party (Ages 8+)

1-hour activity slots are available on Saturdays or Sundays between the hours of 10am – 1pm.

  • Up to 15 participants
    • There is no upgrade option to 25 participants at this time.

Pool Party (Ages 5+)

Pool Parties are unavailable from 6/1/25 – 9/7/25. 

  • All information below is subject to change for Pool Party Requests after 9/7/25.
    • Starting at 15 active participants.
      • You can upgrade this for up to 25 active participants. There is an additional $115 fee.
    • Two FitRec lifeguards included for 25 active participants.
    • One adult required in the pool area for each non-swimmer
      • All children must pass a brief swim test given at the beginning of the activity time.
      • Those who do not pass; 1 adult must be in the water within arms reach of that child at all times.
