This is a free workout generator. This app leads you through a 15-45 minute workout from your phone and talks you through them step-by-step. It can help you focus on a particular body part as a beginner, intermediate or advanced level.
My Fitness Pal

Keeping a food journal can make you more conscious of what you are eating, and My Fitness Pal helps you do this right through your phone! Every time you eat, you search the app’s database and input your meal or snack so it can keep track of your daily habits.
Map My Run

For you runners out there, this is a fantastic app for you. Map My Run uses your phone’s GPS to track your running data, including your duration, speed, mileage split and calories burned. You can then save your workout and keep track of your progress.
