Hi, I’m Will — a NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and Doctor of Physical Therapy student at Boston University. My areas of expertise include running, strength and hypertrophy training, injury rehabilitation, and lifestyle change. I believe training should be individualized and progressive, and so I aim to design programs that match each client’s goals, values, and starting point while ensuring safe and steady growth. My coaching style is collaborative and supportive — I want clients to feel confident and capable with their movement. I’m also passionate about making training simple and clear, cutting through some of the social media noise to provide evidence-based guidance. Ultimately, I strive for clients to enjoy the training process, see progress that matters to them, and carry those benefits well beyond the gym.
