Molly Rainis
Aerial Dance Instructor
Molly is currently a senior at Boston University majoring in Philosophy and Political Science. She trained in ballet and musical theater, but then focused on aerial dance. She has trained in aerial for 14 years on a variety of apparatus, including Silks, Lyra, Dance Trapeze, German Wheel, Anchor, Moon, Sphere, Straps, Corde Liese, and Spanish Web. Silks are her specialty and will always be her favorite to perform on and teach. Molly began performing at Florida Aerial Dance and Circus Arts at a variety of locations, including the Duncan Theater, the Hard Rock Hollywood, and the Elliot Museum. She began teaching children around 5 years ago and has thoroughly enjoyed teaching adults during her time at BU. Molly loves teaching aerial because she is passionate about watching students progress and excel at things they didn’t even think were possible for them.
