Are you a dancer looking for a summer job on campus who enjoys working with kids? Join Camp Terrier as a counselor! The Aerial and Dance Arts Camp Terrier program is accepting applications for their Assistant Director/Lead Counselor and Counselor positions. Both positions ask that you have at least three years of dance training, and although aerial or acro experience is helpful, it is not required for either position (a certified aerial instructor is there to lead classes). Don’t just take our word for it: hear how fun and rewarding the role is from a past counselor!
“The enthusiasm of the children always brightened my morning and reminded me of why I was doing it. Seeing young kids exploring movement and getting to express themselves was really gratifying. I enjoyed creating combos and getting to practice my teaching skills. It was a welcome challenge getting to teach to a different age range than I normally do! I deeply enjoyed helping educate the next generation of choreographers.” – Erin (BU 2024)
