February 2021 Employees of the Month

We are pleased to announce the February 2021 Employees of the Month! If you see these students around campus or on Zoom, be sure to congratulate them!

We would like to thank T Anthony’s for their support and sponsorship of our employee recognition program. The winners of this month’s program will receive gift bags, which include T Anthony’s gift certificates and FitRec swag.

Aquatics – Meredith Fagan 

Meredith is proactive and a great self-starter. She knows what needs to be done and gets it done well. She’s always willing to help with coverage wherever she can and is great at ensuring our COVID guidelines and policies are followed. She’s fun to work with and we’re glad to have her on staff.

EMS – Courtney Arch

Courtney has been a wonderful and dedicated employee going on 4 years now. She has been especially super helpful this past month. She’s always been willing and able to pick up shifts to help out a fellow EMT and as a FTO she’s helped train several of our newest employees. Big shout out to Courtney!

Facilities – Sasha Mendoza

We are so happy to have Sasha back on our staff after her return to campus and FitRec this semester. She is eager to learn and grow as an individual. Sasha also asks great questions to make sure she understands current procedures and guidelines. We appreciate having her on staff!

Fitness – Lauren Gerlin 

Lauren just joined us this spring and has already made a great contribution to the team. She actively works to make FitRec a safe workout environment for all gym members and is always willing to pick up shifts for other attendants. She currently works more hours than any other attendant, and we are very grateful to have her!
