“Generations” – 4.14 – 4.15
Rainbow Tribe Inc. presents “Generations” on Friday, April 14 at 8 pm and Saturday, April 15 at 2 pm and 8 pm.
Boston-based Rainbow Tribe, Inc. will present its 15th annual dance concert entitled Generations. In honor of our 25th anniversary season, we will present pieces which gained inspiration from our former directors and members. With music ranging from Janet Jackson, Dave Matthews Band and Major Lazer and dance styles ranging from contemporary, tap and hip hop, we hope to show the rich diversity in our movement and show we are continuing our founding director’s (Carleton T. Jones) mission of bridging cultural differences and fostering a universal appreciation for dance in all its forms. Both matinee and evening performances will feature Tribe The Dance Company, Bside, Embrace and Linx.

The performance will be in the Boston University Dance Theater.
