Fitness Schedule: Make the Time

It’s Monday, it’s cold outside and all I want to do is sit in my warm apartment with a cup of hot chocolate. Finding fitness motivation can be tough, but if you set yourself up with a fitness schedule you may be able to better self-motivate to get yourself to the gym!
As a full-time grad school student who also works two part-time jobs, I have to pencil in my workout for the week or they won’t get done. Luckily for me, I’ve found a workout partner. I highly suggest finding someone, so they can push you on the days you’d just rather sit on the couch then go to the gym.
My weekly class and work schedules are set, so it’s up to me to look through my week and plan to take certain classes at the FitRec, set-up times to meet with my workout partner and have it planned out like any other life responsibility.
