Anti-Racist Research and Activism: A Global Perspective with French Activist Rokhaya Diallo

ROKHAYA DIALLO will be joined in conversation by BU Faculty Joel Christian Gill, Cartoonist and Chair of Visual Narrative, BU's College of Fine Arts, and Odile Cazenavae, Professor of French. Diallo is a French journalist, writer and award winning filmmaker, widely recognized for her work in favor of racial and equality. Her tireless activism has made her "one of France's most prominent anti-racism activist" according to the New York Times.

Students will be invited to join Ms. Diallo on stage. Amber Jogie, Graduate Research Assistant at BU's School of Theology will be signing 100 copies of her book, “My Favorite Color: A Book for Black Girls in White Spaces."
