Trade in the Trump Era 2.0 Conference

The conference aims to explore the complexities and evolving dynamics of global trade policies and economic diplomacy during and following the Trump administration. Esteemed panelists include Professor Jan Wouters of KU Leuven; Dr. Kevin Gallagher and Rachel Thrasher, J.D., from the Boston University Global Development Policy Center (Pardee School of Global Studies); Dean Chantal Thomas of Cornell Law School; US Trade Ambassador Katherine Tai; Kelly Fay Rodriguez, former Special Representative for International Labor Affairs; and Dr. Dimitrios Skiadas of the Tufts Fletcher School of Law and Diplomacy. Dr. Daniela Caruso will serve as moderator and provide the event’s introduction. Dr. Caruso also organized the inaugural iteration of this series, Trade Law in the Trump Era, held in September 2017.
