Workshop participants will be able to identify best practices for interviewing for a job, explain how to use the STAR method to answer behavioral interview questions, develop two answers to common behavioral interview questions using the STAR method, and learn new tools to self-evaluate their position and values as they enter negotiations for a job offer.
