Update on International Tax Compliance & Reporting, Transfer Pricing and International Tax Reform
This seminar will address current issues in Foreign Asset Reporting and Transfer Pricing, featuring Switzerland as a venue for financial investments and business structures. You will hear comments from leading experts in tax law and economics, plus a keynote address from Professor Daniel M. Berman, Director, Graduate Tax Program at Boston University School of Law, who served in senior tax policy positions with both the U.S. Department of the Treasury and the United States Congress, on the prospects for international tax reform. The seminar will provide opportunities for networking and will include lunch.
