Take care of yourself during finals!

Take a break from your studying to learn about self-care and make a self-care kit that will help you during this finals period and beyond. Learn how a few minutes of relaxation, meditation or just being is important, and will help your academic performance way more than cramming and pulling all-nighters.

These self-care workshops will be held:

Tuesday, December 13, 2016, 10am-11am East Tower Study Lounge at The Towers

Wednesday, December 14, 2016, 1pm-2pm, “Penalty Box” on the 4th Floor at Warren Towers

Thursday, December 15, 2016, 2-3pm, Room 214, 33 Harry Agganis Way
