Furthering the Conversation About Race
Dean Elmore’s March 27th BU Today POV caused many around the community to call for further discussions on its topic. Because of the overwhelming and passionate responses, we are working to identify several times for this discussion to continue.
The first gathering of this type will take place April 4th at 5:30pm. This informal reception and discussion is open to students, faculty, staff, alumni and other University affiliates. You can RSVP for the event via this form, and you will be emailed the location upon your RSVP.

Interesting article in yesterday’s GLOBE about the Greater Boston Students of Color Achievement Network quoting one of the students who said, “Everyone thinks problems are solved. I think they evolve……Like racism. It doesn’t go away. It takes new forms.”
