Service Desk
The Service Desk supports the day to day IT needs of Students, Staff, and Faculty. They help with projects like computer moves, computer replacements, and large hardware and software deployments. They also support Blackboard, Office, personal devices, and clinical operations among other things. Our service desk is the first line of Dental IT help and given their skill, often the last.

Platforms & Systems
The platform and systems team design and support the backend infrastructure for all our systems. They pilot new systems to aid in the advancement of technology and clinical learning at the dental school, including efforts in digital dentistry. They support the clinical systems and supporting imaging systems. They also spend time refining systems and increasing automation across the environment to better serve our school community. They support listservs and security policies among other things.

Development
The development team engineer our SPS, Portal, and Event applications. They implement much of the automation that keeps helps keep our systems performing as expected. They also help with queries, aid the informatics team, and process IRB requests.
