I currently posses a MS in Computer Information Sciences from BU with a concentration in Security, a MS in Computers in Education from The Johns Hopkins University, and a BS in Education with a minor in Mechanical Engineering and Vocational certification from the University of Maryland College Park.
Currently I am a PM in Litigation Support for a large IP law firm in Washington, DC which includes acting as liaison and contact between vendor, firm clients and legal team, server space allocation, and trial network implementation while creating and maintaining network centralized litigation databases. I also travel to trial sites and set up local area networks to assist the trial team in accessing critical data during the course of the trial.
Previously, I taught high school Technology Education and Photography utilizing my undergraduate degree in Industrial Technology Education, whereby I taught students to use CAD/CAM technology in bridge design, building, and testing. My photography teaching curriculum included B&W photography and development, showing students the differences in mood, lighting, exposure, and composition with infrared film exposure and development at the end of the program.
Prior to teaching and earning my degree from the University of Maryland, I enlisted in the U.S. Coast Guard serving in the Chesapeake Bay, Atlantic Ocean and Bering Sea as a diesel engine, outboard motor, and AC&R repairman while also providing SAR and law enforcement duties as a certified Law Enforcement Boarding Officer.
I have been with MET CS since June 2015 and have facilitated CS684 IT Security Policies and Procedures.
