Steve Chin is a software engineer who has been exposed to the many aspects of Computer science and information systems by working in the various IBM divisions, including Lotus Software (application), Rational Software (computer language theory, software engineering practices), and Websphere DataPower (hardware,compilers,Security, Governance, etc.)
