Leao Fernandes

Leao Fernandes is a graduate of BU’s Computer Science program and holds a bachelor and a master’s degree in Computer Science. He has over twenty years of experience working in the computer industry, holding a variety of different positions and certifications, across a wide spectrum of disciplines.

Leao started his career consulting for a small but fast-growing company, and this experience was invaluable for a young man, eager to learn and contribute. At that time, Novell NetWare and Banyan Vines were the prevalent distributed networking solutions, and he fell in love with IT and the problem-solving opportunities that this experience provided. More recently he has been lending his skills to organizations looking to leverage Cloud Services and DevOps practices to get to market quickly, building scalable and secure solutions on AWS, Google Cloud and Azure.
