Jorge Dávila stands at the forefront of the fast moving analytics field. With over 20 years’ experience, his expertise was forged in the e-commerce, investments, logistics and telecommunications industries and includes:

He is currently the leading the Business Intelligence and Analytics practice at eBay’s Global Payments division. Prior to his current role, Jorge was a Senior Consultant for MicroStrategy, a provider of business intelligence, mobile software, and cloud-based services. There, he led BI engagements for clients such as Whole Foods, Electronic Arts, Teradata, The Container Store, Limited Brands (Victoria’s Secret, Pink, La Senza, Bath and Body Works), HEB, Facebook, Schlumberger, Chiquita Brands International, Meredith Corporation, MARS SalesFocus Solutions, Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport and the Texas Department of Transportation among others.

Jorge started facilitating for the Boston University Metropolitan College Department of Computer Science in 2015 and he has been involved in multiple courses, among them MET CS 544 Foundations of Analytics with R, MET CS 634 Agile Software Development and MET CS 783 Enterprise Architecture.
