Jen Sullivan

Jennifer Sullivan is a Lead Faculty and Student Support Administrator at Boston University’s Office of Distance Education. She has worked in the Office of Distance Education since 2004. She supports students and faculty in the Metropolitan College Computer Science program and Graduate Medical Sciences programs. Prior to 2004 she worked in Metropolitan College’s Office of the Dean. As a student, alumna, and staff member, Jennifer has extensive knowledge of the University and the campus. Faculty and students appreciate her experience and empathy. Jennifer strives to anticipate learner roadblocks, and be an advocate for the online education community.
