Esther Chen is the RD IT manager for the Translation Science computing group at Sanofi. She has worked in an IT organization for 20+ years with multiple roles and responsibilities, such as database & application development, and system & solution integration, IT project management across multiple sectors.
Over the last 10 years, she has worked in a science research organization with a unique role, which serves as a bridge between the science community and typical IT. She helps researchers to address technology, data & information challenges.
Esther holds a MS in Computer Information Systems degree from Boston University and a BS in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University. Since 2010, she has been a facilitator for MET CS 669 Database Design and Implementation for Business and MET CS 520 Information structures with Java.
