Andrew Gorlin received his Master’s Degree in Math at Moscow University; his prime area of research involved stochastic processes and optimization and control of linear dynamic systems. He also has been teaching numerous topics of math at various settings both in Russia and in the USA. Another area of Andrew’s interest is work with international students – he has been advising and consulting them for more than 20 years.

Andrew teaches mathematics at BU MET since 2014, and for the last 3 years he is graduate Student Advisor at Computer Science Department. He also has long time association with BU Center for English Language and Orientation Program (CELOP) where he is in charge of SAT Math preparation and Calculus classes for students from overseas.
